What’s new
A direct record of Toolars product changes, newly working runtimes, and policy updates.
01.
11 August 2026 — the service layer is live
Every Footer destination now resolves to a complete page with truthful product and policy boundaries.
- Request a Tool and Report a Bug now have authenticated, validated submission paths.
- Status now runs a browser-side capability check without claiming third-party uptime monitoring.
- Cookie Settings now explains the site’s real storage model and can reset local preferences.
02.
10 August 2026 — practical runtimes expanded
Developer, frontend, image, color, writing, and file workspaces moved from catalog entries to verified local-first utilities.
- Formatter, minifier, hash, JWT, JSON tree, PDF, QR, barcode, and image workflows execute in the browser.
- Heavy libraries load only when their workspace needs them.
- Unavailable tools remain labelled as planned instead of simulating output.
03.
9 August 2026 — Toolars V12 foundation
The six-category tool catalog, shared search, multilingual routes, and original Toolars visual system were established.
- Catalog structure follows the reference taxonomy while the brand, copy, and interface remain original.
- Tool inputs and outputs are excluded from account storage and feedback payloads.
- The shared header and footer now anchor every localized route.
See the current product, not a promise.
Open the catalog to distinguish working runtimes from explicitly planned tools.
