Browser extension privacy

None. The extension has no access to the content of the pages you visit.

Toolars does not collect, transmit, or store personal data, browsing history, website content, keystrokes, or tool input and output on any server.

Recent tools and favorites live in the browser's local storage on your device.

This information never leaves your device and is never synced or transmitted anywhere; it is not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising. Clearing the extension's site data or uninstalling the extension removes it. Passwords, digests, QR codes, and every other tool result exist only in memory until you copy or download them yourself.

The extension makes zero network requests and works fully offline.

The only outbound action is one you take explicitly: the web-version link in a tool view opens the corresponding page on toolars.com in a new tab. That website is covered by the main privacy policy.

A single permission: sidePanel, used to display the tools when you click the toolbar icon.

There are no host permissions, no content scripts, and no remote code. All logic ships inside the extension package.

The extension embeds no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and shares nothing with third parties.

Any future data practice will be disclosed here before a new version ships.

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date.
