How to convert text between letter cases

Enter your text
Type or paste into the Text input pane, or press Load sample to try the current mode's demo text — each of the eight modes ships its own sample, so switching modes and pressing Load sample is the fastest tour of what each conversion does. The workspace converts as you type; there is no run button to press.

Pick a case mode
Choose one of the eight mode tabs: Sentence, Title, UPPER, lower, camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, or kebab-case. The first four re-letter the text as entered, while the four code-style modes first split the input into words — capitalization boundaries, underscores, hyphens, and punctuation all act as separators — and then rejoin them in the new convention. The output pane updates immediately under the selected mode's label.

Check the live result
The status line below the tabs moves from Processing locally to Valid local result as the conversion settles. Switching tabs re-converts the same input, so comparing two cases takes one click, and nothing is recomputed until you actually change the text or the mode. Sentence mode lowercases the whole text first and then capitalizes the first letter after each sentence terminator, which is why it also repairs accidental caps-lock paragraphs rather than merely re-casing their openings.

Copy or download the output
Press Copy result to place the converted text on the clipboard, or Download .txt to save it as toolars-converted-text.txt. Press Clear to empty both panes when you are done; the conversion runs locally, so clearing is also what discards the text.
