How to reorder, delete, and extract PDF pages
- 01
Choose one PDF
Select Choose one PDF and open a document of up to 30 MiB with at most 500 pages. Every page appears as a thumbnail, rendered lazily as it scrolls into view, so even a long document opens quickly without drawing all 500 pages up front. The grid is the working model of the document: the order you see is the order the output will have.
- 02
Arrange the pages
Drag a thumbnail to its new position, or use the arrow buttons on a page to move it one step at a time; keyboard users get the same moves through the buttons, so dragging is never the only path. Click a page to select it — selected pages are what the delete and extract actions work on.
- 03
Delete or extract the selection
Press Delete selected to remove the chosen pages and build the organized PDF from what remains — a document must keep at least one page — or Extract selected to build a new PDF containing only the chosen pages. Extraction follows the current arranged order, not the order you clicked in. Both actions refuse to run until at least one page is selected.
- 04
Download the result
Save the new document from the result panel; the download keeps your file name with -organized or -extracted appended, so the two actions are easy to tell apart. Press Reset at any time to restore the original arrangement and clear the selection; the source file on disk is never modified.
